Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using A1 Site Solutions at a1sitesolutions.com (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
2. Description of service
A1 Site Solutions is a website audit tool that analyses publicly accessible URLs using the Google PageSpeed Insights API and returns scores across performance, SEO, accessibility, and best practices. Paying customers additionally receive an AI-generated fix plan identifying specific issues and recommended actions.
The Service is provided “as is”. Audit results reflect the state of your website at the time of scanning and are based on data from Google’s PageSpeed Insights service. We do not guarantee that following the recommendations provided will achieve any particular outcome.
3. Site Pass
A Site Pass is a one-time purchase that grants access to a full AI fix plan for a single website URL for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
Important: Your Site Pass is locked to the first URL you scan after purchase. Once locked, it cannot be transferred to a different URL. Please ensure you scan the correct site before proceeding. Your access link is personal to you — do not share it with others.
- Site Pass tokens expire 30 days after purchase, regardless of use.
- Within the 30-day window you may rescan the locked URL as many times as you wish.
- Tokens are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to a different URL once locked.
- If you lose your access link, you can request it to be resent via the resend page, provided your email address is on file.
4. Pro subscription
A Pro subscription grants unlimited website audits with full AI fix plans on any URL, with no site restrictions or URL locking, subject to fair use limits as described below.
- Pro access is tied to the email address used at checkout.
- Login is via a secure magic link sent to your email address — no password is required.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your access remains active until then.
- Pro subscriptions are for individual use. You may not share your account with other users.
5. Payment & billing
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your card details. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe’s terms of service.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your sign-up date. If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and Stripe will retry automatically. If payment cannot be collected after the retry period, your subscription will be cancelled and your Pro access will be removed.
6. Refund policy
Site Pass
Site Pass purchases are non-refundable. Because access to the AI fix plan is granted immediately upon purchase and the token is activated at the point of sale, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase has been completed. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your fix plan, please contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve it.
Pro subscription
Pro subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 14 days at [email protected] and we will investigate.
7. Acceptable use
By using the Service you agree that you will:
- Only scan websites that you own or have explicit permission to audit.
- Not attempt to circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or authentication mechanisms.
- Not use the Service to scan websites for the purpose of finding vulnerabilities to exploit.
- Not resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service or its outputs without our written permission.
- Not use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the Service or its AI fix plan output for competitive purposes.
Fair use & rate limits
To ensure consistent service quality for all users, we apply rate limits to scans and fix plan generation. These limits are generous and are designed to have no impact on normal use. All plans, including Pro, are subject to these fair use limits. If you require higher throughput than our standard limits allow, please contact us at contact@a1sitesolutions.com to discuss your needs.
We reserve the right to suspend or throttle access for any user whose usage patterns place unreasonable load on our infrastructure, regardless of their subscription tier.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who breaches these terms without prior notice.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers including Google PageSpeed Insights, Groq, Stripe, and Brevo. We are not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or changes in behaviour caused by these providers. Availability of the Service is dependent on the availability of these third-party APIs.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that audit results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Website performance scores and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A1 Site Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 EUR if you have not made any payment.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Irish law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, disclaimers, and governing law) will do so.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
13. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and notify active Pro subscribers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
